[Objective]: To inwestigate the effetion of curity of spinal cord injury different transplantation on spinal cord function of spinal cord injury. We established model of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)transplantation and observed the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax and BBBscore and climbing onto inclind grides. Acrroding to the relation between different transplantation, Bcl-2 , Bax and the plasticity of spinal cord find which transplantation method isbest to promote plasticity of spinal cord.[Materials and Methods]: 186 healthy adult srague-daweley rats(female), whose mean weight 240 ± 20g, were divided into 31 groups at random: normal group; control groups ( spinal cord injury lday group, 3 day group , 7 day group, 14 day group, 21 day group , 28 day group). MSCs transplantations of spinal cord injury groups that redivided: direct transplantation; intravenous transplantation groups; subara chnoid space transplantation and abdominal cavity transplantation . Every group was redivided : lday group, 3 day group , 7 day group, 14 day group, 21 day group , 28 day group . 6 rats were used in every group . spinal cord injury at T12 segment of rats was made with modified Allen apparatus. 2nd day after operation, MSCs were transplanted with different mothed. And BBB grading before and after operation . BBB grading ≤4 scores' rats were operated . Then animals were sacrificed via a way that infused 4% formaldehydum polymerisatum fluid into aorta with aortic cannulation. Then fixed the spinal cord segments (caudally to the T12 spinal cord segments) taken out from the rats with 4% formaldehydum...
