[objective]To observe the survival and migration of Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells derived from Green Fluoresent Protein Transgenic mice (GFP-MSCs) and the change on expression of Fas and Fasl apoptosis factors at different times after transplantation GFP-MSCs via caudal vien to treat contused spinal cord injuryed adult SD rats modal ,and to provide experimental evidence for the reparing function and mechanism which MSCs treat spinal cord injury.[materials and methods] 1.Experimental animal and groups:66 healthy adult srague-dawely(SD)famal rats,mean weigh 200-250g ,were divided into 11 groupsincluding 1normal control group, contused spinal cord injuried control 5 groups(1day group, 3day group, 7day group, 14day group, 21 day group) and translantation of GFP-MSCs to treat contused spinal cord injury 5 groups(1day group, 3day group.7day group, 14day group, 21day group). 2.Establish contused spinal cord injuried SDrat model :to adapt the Allen,s improved method- 10g weight iron bar fall from 7.5cm high and strike at T12 segment spinal cord to get contused spinal cord injuried rat models. 3.Preparing for GFP-MSCs and cell transplantation :the 5th generationGFP-MSCs was taken and made into cell suspension whose density was 1×107/ml by0.9%Nacl,then uesed microsyringe draw off 10μl cell suspension for transplantation.After we made contused spinal cord injuried rat model ,following immediately transplanted the cell suspension which have been prepared into rats via caudal evin .
