The Study On Functional Evaluation Index Of Community Health Services Of Some Cities In Yunnan Province

The community health services(CHS) in Yunnan Province cities have bigger development since 2000, but the services failed behind on the whole ,were unbalance and had no reasonable compensation, which makes the CHS unable satisfy the medical treatment , disease prevention, health care, recover from illness, healthy education and family planning guidance, so the study on functional evaluation index and realizing the standard management of the CHS in Yunnan Province cities is an important research. This study is based on "the study on the admittance mechanism of the CHS in Yunnan Province cities ", has investigated and analyzed the function of five CHS center and eight CHS station which are more perfect in function and work data through questionnaire , focus and panel discussion. The result indicates the factors obstructing the CHS function include:(1) lacking the CHS functional surveillances and evaluations; (2)the public services and allowed public services of the CHS lack the reasonable policy support and compensation;(3) the network is not sound and general practitioner is short.On the basis of analysis, the CHS functional evaluation index and methods which accord with actuality and are easy to operation in Yunnan Province cities were put forward by some experts of social medical science, hygiene management science and CHS science. At the same time, the suggestions against the above problems were put forward:(1)establish CHS organizations admittance through functional evaluation;(2)examine CHS through functional evaluation;(3)the management should combine with the fact;(4)the evaluation criterion should improve with the development of society and healthy work.
