1. Study on Extraction Technology of FRH Compound PrescriptionABSTRACT Objective: To optimize extration Technology of FRH compound prescription and establish reasonable, feasible, stable preparation measure. Method: (1)choose the optium extracting method to the prescription.(2) In the study of the preparation process,the optium extracting condition was selected by orthogonal experiment. (3) determine content of morroniside and loganin in FRH compound prescription by RP-HPLC.(4) determine content of amylose in the Prescription by UV. Result: optimal condition of extration is as follows:eight times of water every time,soaking three times,90 minutes every time. Conclusion:make up extration andpreparation technology of FRH compound prescription.2.Study on Quality Control of Extration Substance of FRH Compound PrescriptionABSTRACT Objective: To control quality of extration substance of FRH compound prescription and Establish stable, crontrol measure.Method:(1)content determination of morroniside and Loganin in the extration substance and Fructus Corni by RP-HPLC. (2)content determination of amylose in the extration substance and Radix Asrtagali by intuitionistic, easy UV. (3) Having a lamina differentiation to the extration substance and Fructus Corni.
