[Objective]Selection of Lactobacilli with characteristic of effective inhibition and/or killing ability on Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) and good ability that Lactobacillus strains were able to endure the differ concentration of hydrochloric acid and cholic acid, and identified the strains by biochemical events. We administered, continuously through the water supply, live H. pylori to BALB/c mice and followed colonization, to cultivate successfully the specific pathogen-free murine model of H. pylori strain SS1 infection, and made the mice suffer H. pylori-associated gastritis. Evaluate the effect of on H. pylori colonization in mice model by selected Lactobacilli from human to provide the credible experimental elements for clinical therapy H. pylori-induced gastritis, and the identified Lactobacilli strains are able to be made into some Microecological modulator, which can more operatively inhibit H. pylori colonization and breeding. [Methods] First part 1. Selection of Lactobacilli good ability that Lactobacillus strains were able toendure the differ concentration of hydrochloric acid and cholic acid byexperiment.
