Accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) is a new extraction method. It is not only fast, efficient but also it makes little pollution and save organic solvent. In this article, the feasibility of using ASE to extract paeoniflorin was discussed, and the method of it was established and compared with ultrasonic extraction, soxhelt extraction, and sub-critical water extraction to prove its advantage. Different factors and levels were investigated by method of single — factor . The most favorable conditions of ASE process as follows: the concentration of alcohol at 50%, the temperature at 100℃, the pressure at 50kg,the velocity flow at 0.7mlmin-l, the motive extract time at 12 min, the collected volume at 8 ml. the average extraction efficiency of ASE is 3.84%(w/w).HPLC is used to determine the paeoniflorin, and the linear range...
