Background and objective Lung carcinoma is one of the most malignant tumor which it's morbidity and mortality is increasing rapidly, it is the focal point in chest imageology investigation. The traditional imageology diagnosis of lung carcinoma is based on the morphology. With the rapid development of the modern cytobiology, and molecular biology and the functional image technology, Modern image technology combined with morphology and functional image technology provides a new method for the diagnosis of lung cancer. A large quantity of evidence have demonstrated that the invasion and metastasis of lung cancer was closely correlated with neovascularization,Vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) and insufficiency keto-oxgen metabolism. In recent years, using enhanced dynamic CT scan to observe the blood supply condition and to analyze its relationship with metastasis related gene expression has been becoming the hot spot for early diagnosis of lung cancer.
