The electroporation assistance chemotherapy medicine in tumor treatment is called the electro-chemotherapy (ECT). It is easy to operate with small side effect and good effect. In tumor treatment, pulses were usually used to cause the electric field through the electrode array in the tumor organization. By controlling the electric fields in the tumor organization, the tumor cell membrane will be perforated. Electroporation can promote the drug particles to enter the tumor cells and enhance the effects of tumor treatment.Based on the potential of electro-chemotherapy and the importance of electric field distribution in the tumor treatment, this research aim at the test methods and the test conditions, analyzed the electric fields caused in the tumor organization by different electrode array and different load method. Then a new electrode array had been proposed. The mechanism of elctroporation had been analyzed in this paper theoretically and the influence factors of electroporation had been analyzed through the test.This paper is divided into three parts. Part one, the mechanism, methods and present application of electroporation have been introduced.
