The Study Of Skin Prick Test With Recombinant HouseDust Mite Allergens In Asthmatics Of Chengdu Region

Objective: To identify the sensitization allergen profiles with recombinant allergens (Der p1, Der p2, Blo t5, Blot12) and other allergens (to be determined) in asthmatics of chengdu region by skin prick test, to analyze the potential factors that might affect the results of skin prick test (age, age of onset, course of disease, family history, social economic status, complications, etc).Methods: Skin prick test was performed in 100 asthmatics of Chengdu region with recombinant house dust mite allergens (recombinant Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, recombinant Blomia tropicalis) and house dust mite extracts (Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus extract, Blomia tropicalis extract).
