Objective: To identify the sensitization allergen profiles with recombinant allergens (Der p1, Der p2, Blo t5, Blot12) and other allergens (to be determined) in asthmatics of chengdu region by skin prick test, to analyze the potential factors that might affect the results of skin prick test (age, age of onset, course of disease, family history, social economic status, complications, etc). Methods: Skin prick test was performed in 100 asthmatics of Chengdu region with recombinant house dust mite allergens (recombinant Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, recombinant Blomia tropicalis) and house dust mite extracts (Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus extract, Blomia tropicalis extract). Record the results of skin pick test, and record the subjects' age, age of onset, course of disease, family history, social economic status ( SES ), complications, results of lung function, asthma symptoms, medication, etc. Results: The sensitization rates of house dust mite allergens were as follows: Blo t extract positive 44%, Blo t4 positive 28%, Blo t5 positive 21%, Blo t1 positive 12%, Blo t3 positive 12%, Blo t10 positive 9%, Blo t19 positive 8%,...
