Study Of The Associated Relation Between Tumor And Adjacent Tissue HLA-GmRNA Expression And Clinical Characteristics In Breast Cancer Patients

Purpose: To examine the tumor and adjacent tissues of breast cancer human leucocyte antigen-G mRNA (HLA-GmRNA) concentration, analysis the associated relation to HLA-GmRNA with clinical characters and prognosis and so on. To explore the action which the index play a role in diagnosis, prognosis and so on.Patients and methods: HLA-GmRNA was measured by Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) in tumor and adjacent tissues of 41 breast cancer patients soon after surgical operations. Collected the clinical characteristics of the patients and followed up for 24 months. After statistic SPSS software analyzing, obtained relative conclusions.Results: The HLA-GmRNA concentration of the tumor tissue was higher than that of the adjacent tissue in breast cancer matched control (P=0.0001); but HLA-GmRNA expression level relatively did not been showed the difference between patients in stage â… ,â…¡ and in stage â…¢,â…£ of breast cancer (P=0.179) .The HLA-GmRNA expression level of the tumor tissues in pre-menopause patients was higher than that of the post-menopause patients matched control (P=0.018) .
