Clinical Analysis Of Low Differentiative Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma

objective To assess the prognostic factor of stage â… ,â…¡ lowdifferentiative cervical squamous cell carcinoma .Methods 80 cases with stage â… ,â…¡ low differentiative cervicalsquamous cell carcinoma from 2000 to 2005 of our hospital werestudied. Use Log-rank and COX model to estimate single and multiplefactors respectively.Results 3 cases died, 3 cases recurred. The clinical stage, lymphaticmetastasis , blood vessel infiltration, deep muscle infiltrationwere the significant factors but others were not.Conclusion As the invasive speed of low differentiative cervicalsquamous cell carcinoma is faster than others.The effectivemultiple treatment should be used to improve the prognosis of lowdifferentiative cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
