Purposes Recombinant adenovirus encoding macrophage inflammatory protein 3β (AdMip3|3) has been shown to induce tumor immune response in immunocompetent mice which is largely dependent on T cell immune response.There is no report about that whether NK cell and macrophage functioned in antitumor immunity of Mip3β.The present study was designed to determine whether Mip3β could elicit antitumor immunity in ovarian cancer model established in nude mice and to discuss the antitumor mechanism.Methods Recombinant adenovirus-AdMip3β and AdNuU.were used to infect SKOV3 at the MOI of 50 in vitro study,PBS as a mock control,then observed .the expression of Mip3β. AdMip3β infected SKOV3 cells, AdNull infected SKOV3 cells and non-adenovirus infected SKOV3 cells were s.c. injected into the right flank of female BALB/c-nu/nu mice . Tumor formation in mice was observed every 3 days , record the length of the tumour formation, measure the length and width then calculate the volume of tumour. Immunohistochemical staining were used to analysis NK cells and macrophage cells in tumour issue'infiltration. H&E staining were used to analysis the necrosis of the tumour issue.
