Objective:To detect the expression of HIF-1α and the level of serum VEGF in cervical squamous carcinoma and discuss their relationship with clinical-Pathological factors of cervical carcinoma. To investigate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) on the expression of HIF-1α and the serum VEGF level(avoid repeated ) in advanced cervical squamous carcinoma .To determine whether there is a relationship between the two factors and the effect of NACT and to discuss the feasibility of taking them as new predictive indexes for the effect of NACT. Methods:The expressions of HIF-1α were determined by means of immunohistochemistry in 115 cases (28 cases of cervical squamous carcinoma, 47 cases of CIN,10 cases of normal controls and 30 cases of cervical squamous carcinoma taking NACT ).For patients taking NACT, the expressions of HIF-1α were checked before and after the treatment respectively. Meanwhile, the level of serum VEGF in the same cases were measured by enzyme linked...
