[Object] To discuss the change of the intestinal motility in acute necrotizing pancreatitis in rats, and the correlation between the intestinal motility and the serum MOT, VIP, TNF-α and IL-6, and the impact of CQCQ decoction and somatostatin.[Method] The 3.5 % TA were injected inversely into the common billopancreatic duct in rat to make the ANP model. 70 SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups (control group I , control group Ⅱ,ANP group Ⅰ , ANP group Ⅱ, TCM-treated group, SS-treated group and co-treated group), each with 10 rats. Blood samples were taken 0.5 hours or 6 hours after injection of testing agents for biochemical test, which included test of the biochemical indicator and the serum MOT, VIP, TNF-α and IL-6, the intestinal propulsion rate were measured.[Result] The intestinal propulsion rate in ANP group Ⅰ and Ⅱ was lower than that in control group Ⅰ and Ⅱ ,no model had the total intestinal...
