Objective: VEGFS and VEGFRS are a kind of chemistry information molecule made of polypeptide or protein, and also a kind of stimulating factor of angiogenesis. Many research confirmed that the neovascularity's formation and growth have close relation with VEGFS and VEGFRS. Our research is the first study of human embryo cardial. And observe the early period development process of human beings's embryo cardial to clarify the changes in the expression of VEGFS and VEGFRS in 3~8week's human embryonic heart. Hence provide preclinical data for illuminating the significance on the role of early human embryonic heart's development.Materials and Methods: Collect the fresh human embryo of three month created by accidental abortion. The sample collection was conducted in accordance to the principle of informed consent. Fixed, embed, slice and observation. Based on the germinal layer, the number of protovertebral, the state of allelotaxis, pick up the embryonic age between 3 and 8 week's sample to slice. Observe the early human embryonic heart by HE dyeing. Histochemical S-ABC methond was adopted in studying heart at 3-8 weeks of gestation, and analysis was made on the VEGFS and VEGFRS expression as well as the development and forming of heart.
