Objectives:To investigate the effect of lactobacillus bulgaricus(LBG) on the level of Phosphorylated p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(P-p38MAPK) and apoptosis index in SGC-7901 cells treated by helicobacter pylori Sydney strain l(HpSSl) or lipopolysaccharide of helicobacter pylori Sydney strain l(HpSSl-LPS).Materials and Methods: The cells are divided into thirteen groups:NC group(control group),Hp group(treated with HpSS1),LPS1,LPS2, LPS3(treated with 2.5 , 25 , 250EU/ml HpSSl-LPS respectively), LBG-Hp(treated with LBG for 1h followed by HpSS1 treatment).
