Objective: To analyze relationship of hyperuricemia and biochemicals and dietary, lifestyle ,explore the risk factors for hyperuricemia . And discover their internal association and regular pattern. Methods: A case-control study was conducted with 397 males cases of hyperuricemia and 555 males as controls in xinjiang Uygur autonomous region Chinese medical science hospital. Body build index, blood pressure, biochemical variable, blood insulin and renal fuction index were measured.24 hours dietary, lifestyle and diseases history were conducted face-to-face investigation. Results: 1) Compared to normouricemic subjects, hyperuricemic subjects had significantly greater body mass index and waist-to-hip ratio, high blood pressure, glucose, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine , triglyceride, blood insuline, HOMA-IR and insuline sensitivity index(p<0.05).2)Compared to the control, hyperuricemia subjects had much greater risk for obesity, abdomen obesity, higher blood pressure, high glucose, high triglyceride, artherosclerosis and high blood insulin(P<0.01).3)Blood uric acid had associativity with beery and wine, but had not associativity with education degree(P>0.05). Conclusion: 1)hyperuricemia subjects have greater risk for high lipemia, high blood sugar, hypertension, artherosclerosis, obesity, and adomen-obesity. 2)Beer was a risk factor, but hyperuricemia has not relation with education degree and smoking. 3)To prevent and to therapia hyperuricemia need control weight, below blood pressure and lipemia., sufficient movement, blank diet, control drinking.
