Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has become one of the most common types of gastrointestinal tumors in our country with poor prognosis, high fatality rate, and has a high level in malignancy and invasiveness. Therefore, there is an important clinic significance to study on the mechanism of the development and progression of HCC and approach the new feasible strategies for the treatment of HCC. Today different available multi-modalities of therapies have currently been used in the treatment for liver cancer,As a new treatment modality by gene therapy, Antisensenucleic acids technique received widespread attention. The main action mechanism of Antisensenucleic acids technique is that it can combine together with target gene's mRNA and inhibit its translation. Thus the target gene was specificity blockaded and its expression of protein was effected and accommodated.survivin that is discovered in recent years is a new member of the inhibitor of apoptosis proteins (IAP) household. It can stop the cell apoptosis, and take an important role in the occurrence and development of tumor. It is only particularly expressed in the most malignant tumor tissue, but in the adult...
