Objective: Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is a serious disease which dose harm to the health of human being. The gender of male is recognized as one of the risk factors for coronary heart disease (CHD) even AMI. It is much fewer that the previous studies of the connections between sex hormone internal environment and the incidence of AMI. The imbalance coagulative-fibrinolytic system is considered as the important reason for the incidence of AMI. Now the study of the relationship between the disturbance of sex hormone internal environment and coagulative-fibrinolytic system is scarce. Prognosis is closely connected with myocardial infarction size (MIS) after the incidence of AMI. There is no report about the correlation and connection between sex hormone internal environment and MIS now. The objective of this study is to explore the correlation between sex hormones and coagulative-fibrinolytic system, the functions of sex hormone internal environment and coagulative-fibrinolytic system in the incidence of AMI and their influences on MIS.Methods: 91 male patients were enrolled in this study who...
