Purpose: Duchenne muscular dystrophy(DMD)is a kind of serious harmed x chromatin-linked recessive inherited disease, in all kinds of hereditary diseases, DMD is one of disease which have the highest incidence rate. DMD patients are males and carriers are females. The boy of the patient is taken bad about 2 years old and the symptom is serious, most of them died because of the respiratory failure or circulatory failure before twenty years old. Along with modern medicine development, people are making great effort in seeking the method which treats this disease. However, at present there have not any methods to cure this disease thoroughly. Therefore, the most important measure is carrying on accurate, comprehensive diagnosis before DMD patients show the serious symptom and before the patient-child bearing, preventing the infant born with this kind of disease.
