Objective:To investigate the liver tissue injury between the group of ischemic reperfusion(IR) and the other of ischemic reperfution after ischemia preconditioning(IPC) by examining the result of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), malon dialed- -hyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), alanine transami- -nase (ALT). To discuss the protected effect of IPC and the secure time limited of duodenohepatic ligament blocked up.Methods: Forty-two male SD rats were divided into 7 groups randomly, 6 rats in each goup: One is sham operation(SO) group, the other six divided into three parts by three ischemic periods: 40 min, 50min, 60min, every part included two groups: IR group and IPC+IR group. The time of recovery was sixty minutes. The method of ischemic preconditioning was warm ischemia for 5 min and reperfusion for 5min, and three times repeated. After 60 min recovery, levels of alanine transaminase(ALT), levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD) , tumer necrosis facter (TNF-α) ,malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum in each group were measured, histologic changes of liver and the liver tissue changes under light microscope and electron microscope after reperfusion were...
