Objectives: Lead is one kind of common heavy metal that do harm to apparatus and tissue of individual,especially to the CNS of children and teen-age. The occupational lead toxic cases result from high lead concentration reduced with the improve of occupational prevention condition. At the same time,the lead toxic cases result from lower lead concentration pollution ,such as social pollution , life , medicine,and mothers are increasing quickly. The lead piosoning come from mothers is dangous specially because of its concealment and transmissibility and is getting attention of researcheres . There were many cases that when women were exposed to lower lead concentration during their pregnence can result in the baby poisoned by lead. The lead can be absorbed by placenta ,overpassed BBB and then cumulated at fetus especially at cortex and hippocampus.Researches show that for the lead concentration inside the fetus, cortex and hippocampus > umbilical cord > placenta >mother body and the lead concentration inside fetus may be several times bigger than mother.It is recognized by most that hippocampus is nerve centre that charges for learning and memory,therefore ,the...
