The Study On The Skin Extreme Expansion Rate And Histological Change After Overlapping Tissue Expansion

Objective:To observe the expansion rate,immediate stretch-back rate and histological change of experimental animal after extrema expansion by overlapping tissue expansion technique ; to measure the thickness of skin's every stratum; to observe it's microstructure with electroscope ;To determine the extrema rate ,to inference the agents which circumscribe the expansion of skin .To provide theoretical basis for searching a better tissue expanson techniques for clinical application.Method:1 Laboratory animal6 male or femal healthy white young domestic porcines were weighed and ordered.2 The creation of groups4 areas on every pig's back located beside backbones symmetrically,amount to 24 areas .All the areas are devided into two groups randomly. The first group was control group, which included 12 areas ,imbed expandors by routine tissue expansion technology(RTE group ) .The second group was extrema expansion group ,which imbed expandors by overlapping tissue expansion and inflated of extrema volume...
