Our society has stepped into the agedness stage. The trouble brought by senescence has become a heavy burden to our society and families. It is urgent to postpone senescence to us.Rencently, many experiments about senescence were done. Most of them use the D-galactose model rats, but this kind of model method ignorance the slowly process of senescence. The process of senescence of spontaneously old rats is similar to human being, so this kind of rat can be the appropriate model animal used in the experiments on senescence. In the process of rat senescence, different months old rats show different physiological functions and different biochemistry markers. The first research of this paper is about spontaneously old rats of 4-month, 14-month and 24-month. We try to learn the different traits of them, to suspect the possible senescent intrinsic mechanism, provide the experimental basis of appropriate month to study senescence. The second research is based on the first part. Through the experiment of giving Added Herbs' Qinglin Pill, try to find if this formula can postpone senescence, if different group has different effects, suspect the possible internal mechanism, provide new thoughtway and method of...
