Expression Of AR,ERα,PR And CT Gene In Seminoma

Objective:There is no diagnosis target before operation at present, and the effect of treatment is not satisfied at terminal. It is necessary for us to improve diagnosis and treatment. The expression of ARmRNA and proteins of AR,ERα,PR,CT were studied in our research,expecting to develop a clinic new level for seminoma by discussing their relativity.Subject:Seminoma testis from male patientsMethods:In situ hybridization(ISH),Immunohistochemistry(IH) and image analysis technology were used in our research . The AR oligonucleotide probe was used to detect the expression of ARmRNA in ISH. The IH of PowerVision^TMDetection System was used to detect the expression of AR, ERα, PR, and CT protein. The JEDA801D pathology microscope image analysis system was applied for the area ratio of positive cells in overall cells and the optical density scale. The data was analysed by SPSS 10.0 and Excel 2003.Results:1 6 cases expressed the ARmRNA of seminoma in the ISH, the expression rate 24%(6/25).16 cases expressed the AR protein of seminoma in the IH, the expression rate 64%(16/25).
