Explore The Relatively Risk Factors And The Polymorphism Of Glucokinase Gene Linkage With Early-onset Familial Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Of Uigur Minority In Xinjiang

Objective: To Explore the relatively risk factors for type 2 diabetes mellitus of the Uigur minority family with early-onset diabetes in Xinjiang. To obtain the distribute principle of the the micrositellite genetic maker of GCK1 and to investigate the linkage relationship between the glucokinase gene(GCK)and the Uigur minority family with early-onset diabetes mellitus in Xinjiang .Method: To compare the differences of body mass index, blood pressure , blood lipids charts between the Uigur minority family with early-onset diabetes mellitus and the healthy unrelated controls in Xinjiang ,we used t-test of independent sample to analyze the results. The analysis of variance was used to compare the difference in the Uigur minority family.The polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the micrositellite alleles frequency of GCK1 in the Uigur minority family with early-onset diabetes mellitus and the healthy unrelated controls in Xinjiang .The linkage relationship(LOD) was analyzed by LINKAGE(version 5.22)between GCK gene and the Uigur minority family with early-onset diabetes mellitus in Xinjiang.Result: (1) The significant diversity was obtained compared with body mass index, hyperte- -nsion , triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol between the normal blood sugar members in the Uigur minority family with early-onset diabetes mellitus and the healthy unrelated controls in Xinjiang (P < 0.05) ,whereas waistcircumference(WC),hipcircumference, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol were no significant diversity( P > 0.05).
