Research Of Fingerprint On Pinellia Ternata And Ginkgo Biloba

Thi paper is mainly about the research on traditional Chinese medicinal material Pinellia ternata and raw materials, intermediates, finished products of Ginkgo Biloba tablet in Guizhou province.There samples of traditional Chinese medicinal materials Pinellia ternate were collected in different regions and different harvest times. The method of HPLC-fingerprint water-soluble constituents of Pinellia ternate was established,and the method of contents determination of total alkaloid and guanine in traditional Chinese medicinal materials Pinellia ternate was established .Additionally,the initial research on dynamic state quality of the GAP growth base of Pinellia ternata is developed.Method to assess the quality of Pinellia ternata were established.The results provided a firm basis for evaluating the quality of the medicinal herb.Based on coorperation with XinBang CO.Ltd.(GuiZhou,China) and investigation attained before by our team, our attention was put to a series of quality control to materials,extracts and end-products in the manufacturing process.The conclusion is that it is reliable to use newly materials in the process and the process qualified to the requirement of products.At the same time,the fingerprint of products referring to Ginkgo biloba from different firms around our country was analysted by LC/MS,and the medicinal material of characteristic peaks belonged to the fingerprint was defined.At last, the process of research on chemical, analytic method and the pharmacology activity was reviewed according to relevant references in and abroad.
