Background:It is a system engineering that the haematopoietic stem cells transplantation ( HSCT), involving many courses, such as stem cell biology, transplantation immunology, hematology and radiation medicine.According to the source of haematopoietic stem cell(HSC), its can be divided into the Bone Marrow transplantation( BMT), Peripheral blood stem cell to transplantation( PBSCT), Cord-blood haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (CBT). Seening the history's Development of the HSCT experience :The earlier explore of BMT, HLA detection, the CD34+ stem cells transplantation, the fetal liver transplantation , Cord-blood stem cell transplantation and pure CD34+ cells transplantation,Nonablative stme cell transplantation . It was total provided 2,0376 times for patients to Allogeneic hamatopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT)in the National Marrow Donor Program(NMDP)by the end of 2004, And 89.1% are used for the malignant tumor treatment. According the international Bone Marrow Transplant Registry, no genealogical allo-HSCT had carried out with 5307 case of Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML),the survival rate of 3 years is 41%.Domestic bone marrow database has also been founded Recently.
