Objective: Study the regulation effect that pilose antler composition was extracted by two different technology on human bone marrow mononuclear cells (BM-MNCs) cultured in vitro, and discuss some mechanism of pilose antler to hematopoiesis. We hope it can give evidences in improving processing-technology and developing new medicine associated with pilose antler.Methods: 1: We respectively take 5ml heparinized bone marrow from five patients with normal bone marrow , five patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and five patients with aplastic anemia (AA) , then isolate BM-MNCs by standard density gradient centrifugation with Ficoll-Paque. 2: Three kinds of bone marrow are divided separately into the group of normal bone marrow , the group of leukemia bone marrow and the group of aplastic anemia bone marrow. Every group of them is divided into: (1)negative control: no pilose antler composition. (2) positive group: including C pilose antler composition. (3) experimental group: including each kind of A,B,D,E pilose antler compositions. Every composition of A,B,D,E has low concentration (30 ug/ml) and high concentration (60 ug/ml).
