The Investigation Of The Impact Of Adipose Cell Induced From 3T3-L1 Preadipocyte On Proliferation And Ecretion Of Collagenous Fibre Of Fibroblast Of Rats

Objective:To analyze whether adipose cell induced from 3T3-L1 preadipocyte can inhibit the proliferation and secretion of collagenous fibre of fibroblast of rats from the mixed culture of adipose cell and fibroblast,and analysis and compare the changes of adipose cell itself.Methods:The culture and induction of 3T3-L1 preadipocyte; the primary culture of fibroblast , we choose the 4th~6th generations in this experiment.Three groups in this experiment,AF group: the mixed culture of adipose cell and fibroblast;A group:the culture of adipose cell;F group: the culture of fibroblast.Each group has been tested three numerical value, average a set of numbers.The observations of cellular morphology:Observing the cell and taking a picture under the microscope after the primary culture of fibroblast subculture 48 hours,in the period of the inoculation of 3T3-L1 lipoblast,in the eighth day of the induction of 3T3-L1 lipoblast,after dyeing from oil red O.The cell counting and the drawing of the growth curvature: Taking the well-grown cell and making them into one-celled suspension, inoculation in three groups:AF group: inoculating adipose cell and fibroblast with 1×105/2ml in 25ml,12cm2 of basal area,s culture flask,each group has 3 bottles;A group : inoculating adipose cell with 1×105/4ml in the...
