Background: Acute lung injury (ALI) and Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) refer to acute and progressing respiratory failure(RF) that is induced by various kinds of etiological factor except cardiogenic factors. ALI is the early stage of ARDS. The abdominal infection, sepsis and acute severe pancreatitis and so on of abdominal surgery is the important reason of dead and it often generate ALI/ ARDS and lead to MODS,MOF. So how to efficiently cure is the key point that prevent ALI to ARDS.Objective: To reveal the main pathogenesy and pathopoiesis factors of ALI in abdominal infection.To investigate the effect of the apoptosis of typeâ…¡penumonocyte , gene regulation system of Fas/FasL and express of proinflammatory cytokine that is caused by dexamethasone(DEX) and Fufang Qingxia Decoction. To provide experiment basis and theory instruction for apoptosis, ALI mechanism which is leaded by proinflammatory cytokine and defendence of DEX and Fufang Qingxia Decoction.Methods: (1)Make animal model: 40 healthy SD rats (male) are divided into four groups: model groups (use cecal ligation and puncture to become ALI model); DEX group; Qingxia Decoction group. Making ALI models, immediately and after 12 hours supply corresponding medication. Control group don't use cecal ligation and puncture. (2)After make models 24 hours, isolate culture typeâ…¡penumonocyte, detect apoptosis with flow cytometry and detect Fas/FasL apoptosis genetic transcription with reverse transcription, then examine lung with histological method and blood serum cytokine, blood gas are analysed and the wet/dry ratio of lung are measured.
