1. AimTo ascertain a new method for establishing an animal model of cochlear ischemia/reperfusion. To find out the cochlear effect of ischemia/ repererfusion model induced by thrombus/thrombolysis method. And to investigate the effects of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) on ischemia/ reperfusion cochlea in Guinea pigs.2.Method2.1 The guinea pigs were randomly allocated into five groups: normal group, sham operation group, ischemia group, reperfusion group and saline group. Anterior inferior cerebellar artery (AICA) was exposed by operation via the base of skull. In ischemia group, FeCl3 solution was used to induce the formation of thrombus in AICA.
