BackgroundIrreversible death and hypertrophic scar of cardiac myocytes contribute to majorly deterioration of heart function,even death. Medication, percutaneous coronary intervention and coronary artery bypass can' t reverse necrotic cardiac myocytes and cure patient with heart failure, so their efficiency are limited. The application of transplant of heart is also limited because of excessive expense and lacking of donator. Nowadays, the study on theory and technology of stem cells is more deeply and has initiatory achievement. These important findings have become the reasonable base on repairing and rebuilding injured heart. Much native and foreign researchs show that embro and adult stem cells can be induced into cardiomyocyte-like cells. However, comparing with other stem cells, human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells have some advantage, such as better potential of hyperplasia and differentiation, stable quantity, adhere and be isolated easily, more easily be got, be suitable for autografting, be avoided dispute...
