Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) has become one of important effective modern method in treatment of acute coronary disease, but 13%~80.9% patients occur to "slow-flow" or "no-reflow" of phenomenon commonly during PCI,affect the effect of PCI ,increase mortality rate during PCI and after PCI.Recently, some studies emonstrated that infarct-related arteries (IRAs) usually contain hign-burden thrombus formation and lipid pool-like contents , so that PCI may provoke release of debris with distal vessel occlusion and impairment of coronary microperfusion. microperfusion can be the most important cause of "slow-flow" or "no-reflow" of phenomenon occur commonly during PCI.Increasing evidences has suggested that plaque burden or platelet-thrombus plays a crucial role in embolization in the microvasculature, which subsequently lead to the no-reflow phenomenon during elective or primary PCI,that cannot be lysed by thrombolytic or glycoprotein IIb/IIIa.Recently,several distal protection devices(DPD) have been developed to prevent distal embolization during saphenous vein graft(SVG) and coronary angioplasty.PercuSurge GuardWire Plus initially employed in saphenous vein graft angioplasty passed by America FDA and has been gaining more popularity in recent years during AMI intervention...
