At present, the tissue-engineered dermis can be divided to ones with and without cells of two kinds according to contained biomaterials. The former have been applied to clinic experiments, such as Dermagraft, but there are some deficiencies in themselves including difficulties of attaining and using, potential antigen. Remarkably, although these correlative products have been identified partially in America like Transcyte, the Europe said "no" to them up to now at least. Thus, the dermal materials without cells have been attached importance to gradually. This sort consists of acellular dermal matrix (ADM) and dermal matrix without cells. However, ADM also doesn't clean out the components of antigen thoroughly, its sources are limited and the structure is dense. In view of the alterableness and controlled-release of synthetical materials, our objective is to construct one dermal bracket without cells adopted macromolecule biomaterials, to improve the technics of gelatin-chitosan-PVA complex devised by our laboratory, and to utilize the effective components from the culture supernatants of seed cells namely bioactive proteins for the sake of reveal the predominances in the aspect of repairing dermal defaults, which has a promising perspective on the treatment of battle injuries due to its cheap reliable and handy points also. Objective: In this research, we developed a novel dermal...
