Objective To evaluate the effect of intravenous diltiazem on cardiac electrophysiolgic parameters in superventricular tachycardia patients.Methods Thirty-eight volunteers with superventricular tachycardia after successful radiofrequence catheter ablation were administered. A loading dosage of 10mg diltiaem was given intravenously followed by the dosage of 3μg.kg-1.min-1 infusion continuously.
