Hepatocellular carcinoma with the pathological characteristics of high aggression, early metastasis, tendancy to recurrence and poor prognosis is one of the most common malignant tumors. The metastasis and recurrence are a complicated process with multi-steps and also the major factors to influence the curative effect. Nowaday the researches show that there is a close relationship between the invasion and metastasis of malignant tumor with the transforming growth factor-betal( TGF-β1) level. Objective:By the means of detecting the changes of cellular immune function of hepatocellular carcinoma and the effection of TGF-β1 levels in serum on proliferation and cellular immune function of the peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC), we can explore the function of TGF-β1 and CD4+CD25+T subsets proportion immuno-activity in the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and try to investigate the mechanism of immuno- suppression in HCC and provide evidence for effective intervention in cellular immune function. Methods:The tumor tissue was collected from forty five patients with HCC; The peripheral blood was collected from forty five patients with different stage of HCC and twenty healthy people. The proportion of CD4+, CD8+, CD4+CD25, CD4+CD25+CTLA4+ T subsects was evaluated and analyzed by triad colour immunofluorescence labelling on flow cytometry and the level of TGF-β1 was...
