[Background and Objective]The lung cancer is the most common malignancies in the world, which severely endangers human health and life. Among gynecological carcinoma, lung cancer has the highest fatality rate. With the development of the chemotherapy and surgery, the survival rate of lung cancer has been enhanced.However, the prognosis remains poor because of lack of early diagnostic.Moreover, the drug resistance and side effection of medicine for chemotherapy limit its clinical appliances .It is necessary for us to find more effective treatment for lung cancer. Recently, with the advancement in the theory and technology of medical molecular biology, targeted therapy aimed at the molecular event of lung cancer morbidity has received more and more attention in the medical field. Molecular targeted drug aimed at the specificity of tumor development opened a new pathway for the cure of lung cancer. Studies in recent years have revealed that PI3K/Akt signal transduction pathway is an important survival pathway in human body, and it is regarded as the chief pathway for the survival of cancer cell.
