Backgrounds Until now, hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is still difficult to obtain an early diagnosis. However, alterations in the cancer cells can be recognized by immune cells and rejected in an immune response. Detection of these altered genes and their proteins by molecular and immunological approaches may provide a means for sensitive and specific diagnosis' and potential targets for immunotherapy. The key of specific T lymphocyte immunotherapy is to search appropriate antigen and epitode. Serological analysis of recombinant cDNA expression library (SEREX) is a convenient and effective method to identify antigens, and more than thirty tumor associated antigens of HCC have been screened by SEREX hitherto. Multi-gene expression is one of the molecular characteristics during HCC occurrence and development. Antigen investigation and immunotherapy of HCC remain dissatisfied, antigens and their coding genes of HCC are far from distinct, so it is urgent to search new antigens and...
