Background and Objective: Liver tumor is a familiar illness in China. To make the therapy effective and elevate the survival rate, it is vital to detect and identify liver tumor as early as possible. With the development of computer technology, many kinds of imageologic detections appear quickly. Ultrasonography is the first selection for its nonradioactivity, atraumatic occlusion, better reproducibity, convenient operation and low price. The sensitivity of two-dimensional ultrasonography is better than CT in detecting some tiny focus of infection whose diameter is less than 1cm. But it is the simple diagnosis through sound-image graph because conventional two-dimensional ultrasonography cannot get the information of the vas of tumor and the supply of blood. It is just the information of modality, and some focuses of infection are lack of specific appearance. Moreover, recent studies suggest that some appearances which was thought specific signs for malignancies to be can be found in some benign lesion such as FNH. So two-dimensional ultrasonography is only a screening tool for its low diagnose accordance rate in liver tumor. With the color Doppler technology, routine color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) can show the information of the vas of tumour and the supply of blood, and reflect the characteristic of haemodynamics in liver tumor. For the difference of the vas of tumour and the supply of blood and haemodynamics between malignancies and benign lesion, CDFI can upward the...
