BackgroundAcute coronary syndrome(ACS) is characterized of coronary artery atheromatous plaque rupture and erosion and full or half thrombosis. It consists of unstable agina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction. By a long time observation we found that many patients have different symptom but the pathological change of coronary artery is almost the same. The coronary artery atheromatous plaque changed from stable state to unstable state, erosion, rupture, and led to thrombosis. It's a popular emergency state in clinic and almost leads to death. So the ACS early diagnosis has the important meaning for clinical therapy and depression death rate. There are many biochemistry makers can diagnose ACS. The cardiac ischemia modified albumin is a new index for ACS. It has some merits such as high sensitivity, high specialties, fast reaction, easy detection and clear analysis. This paper mainly talked about the clinical research of cardiac ischemia modified albumin assessment in acute coronary syndrome.Methods1. Detect related parameters for albumin cobalt binding assay.2. Estimate the ACB assay method by NCCLS precept.
