| Objective: (1) To analyze the relationship between CT perfusion parameter and some factors affecting prognosis of gastric carcinoma by multislice CT perfusion imaging and triphase incremental scanning.(2) To investigate the correlation between the parameter of multislice CT perfusion and tumor angiogenesis in gastric carcinoma.Materials and methods: (1) Multislice CT perfusion imaging and triphase incremental scanning were performed on 28 patients with gastric carcinoma. Discussing the relativity between the perfusion parameters of Gastric Carcinoma such as BF, BV, MTT, PS and some factors affecting prognosis, including tumour differentiation degree, TNM staging, serosal invasion, lymph node metastasis, and so on. Notability verification was done.(2) Histopathological slides of 27 patients were underwent CD34 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) immunohistochemical staining. Microvessel density (MVD) and the expression of VEGF protein were analysed. Their relation between pathological features was also investigated. The parameters of multislice CT perfusion including BY, BF, MTT and PS were correctively studied with MVD and VEGF expression. Results: (1)The multislice CT perfusion imaging and triphase incremental scanning can exactly describe the gross appearance and function variation of gastric carcinoma, and the PS of gastric carcinoma perfusion parameter has statistics significance with tumour degree, TNM staging and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).(2)The MVD from 27 patients' histopathological slides varied from 12 to 60, the average number is 37.81±10.99 (one per eyeshot). 16 VEGF positive expression were found in the 27 cases, the positive ratio is 59.26%. The MVD and VEGF expression are... |
