Objective: The Clinical study reveal that autogenous bone grafts still is the best routine methods and the best effective ways in repairing bone defect. But,autogenous bone grafts require bone graft harvesting, which results in donor sits morbidity and autograft' resources is insufficient. So it can only repair little bone defect. Allogeneic bone grafts and xenogeneic bone grafts have obvious advantages in repairing large bone defect. Whereas they have not only transplant immunogenic reactions and spread diseases and so on,but also those have high cost in preparation, treat and store samples. The biological and physical-chemical of the artificial bone substitute are not ideal property. Recent years, advancement of bone tissue engineering offer some new approaches and methods for repairing bone defect. The bone repairing material's study have get the remarkable advancement about biological property and physical-chemical property. But there are still many defect. This study was designed to investigate the effect of prefabricated-mineralized inducement tissue engineered grafts in repairing critical size mandibular angle defect in goats, and assesst the value of radiouclide bone imaging in monitoring the therapeutic effect of this approach. Methods: Mandibular angle critical size defects(30 × 20 × 10mm) were...
