Objective: To explore the operation opportunity how to elect and the main factors which affect the prognosis about the patient with hypertensive intraccerebral hemorrhage.Methods: In 153 patients with hypertensive intraccerebral hemorrhage from the April 1994 to the April 2004, except 32 cases of thalamus hemorrhages broken into ventricles were treated by punctureing the lateral and draining the hematoma,the rest 121 cases were all treated by ossa cranil holed, punctureing and drawing the intracranial hematoma, while laid a silica gel pipe into it the cavity,then the dilute urokinase was injected into it and drained out after 4 hours.There were 11 cases operated within 6 hours after they had got the disease,and the rest 142 cases operated beyond 6 hours.The earliest operating cases was 4 hours after he had got the disease, and the rest 142 cases operated beyond 6 hours.Results: The treatment of 121 cases was cure, of 4 cases was automatic to leave the hospital, of 28 cases was dead. Those operated within 6 hours were dead 4 cases and those operated beyond 6 hours were dead 24 cases.The mortality rate were 36.4% and 16.9% separately. The 28 cases were died of the complication of lungs infection.Conclusion: 1. The chance of rehemorrhage is higher to elect the operation opportunity within 6 hours then beyond 6...
