Clinical Study On The Relationship Of IgA Nephropathy Patients' Kidney Puncture Pathology Change And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objectives: To observe the relationship of IgA nephropathy patients' kidney puncture pathologic change and their blood stasis intensity . From the pathologic view ,verify the important function that blood stasis plays in IgA nephropathy coming on and progress course. Offer the basis for the use of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs (or improving microcirculation medicine ) in treating IgA nephropathy.Methods: Choose primary IgA nephropathy patients who have been verified by kidney puncture pathology, mark their blood stasis scores . Through statistics ,discuss the relationship between the patheints' blood stasis scores and their pathologic Katafuchi scores (glomerulus scores, renal tubule scores, interstitium and vessel scores) ,as well as the relationship between blood stasis scores and the position,,degree of immune complex deposit.Results: Collect 41 cases of primary IgA nephropathy on request.(1) The correlation between blood stasis scores and pathologic total scores, glomerulus scores, renal tubule scores is very prominent (P<0.01 ).The correlation between blood stasis scores and interstitium ,vessel scores is prominent (P<0.05 ).(2) The difference of blood stasis intensity between light glomerulus pathologic change group and the serious group is prominent(P<0.05).(3) The difference of blood stasis intensity between light renal tubule pathologic change group and the serious group is prominent(P<0.05).(4) The difference of blood stasis intensity between light interstitium and vessel pathologic change group and the serious group is prominent(P<0.05).(5) The pathologic total scores and blood stasis scores of the group with immune complex...
