Efficacy Observation Of Yigui Tongluo Pill Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Stage III Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy With Liver-kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Yiguitongluo Pills combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with type ?type 2 diabetic nephropathy with liver and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and provide a new method for delaying the further development of patients with diabetic n ephropathy and the arrival of endpoint events.Methods:According to the Doll's table method,60 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned into a treatment group and a control group of 30 cases for a randomized controlled trial.In th e 12-week trial,the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Yiguitongluo Pills combined with dilute salt water on the basis of the control group.Record systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),body mass index(BMI),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDLC),and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)before and after treatment-C),changes in fasting blood glucose(FBG),2h postprandial blood glu cose(2h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb Alc),microalbumin(m Alb),urine protein-creatinine ratio(ACR),and TCM syndrome scores.The effectiveness and safety of Yiguitongluo Pills were explored by analyzing the changes of the above indicators.Results:1.Before treatment,the basic conditions of the two groups of patients and various efficacy indicators were compared between the groups,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.After treatment,the indexes of the two groups of patients were compared within the group,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).The SBP,DBP,BMI,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,FBG,Hb A1 c,m ALB,ACR,and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared between the two groups,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).The treatment group is better than the control group.There was no statistical difference in 2h BG between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine,and comprehensive clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared between the two groups.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.3.There were no obvious adverse reactions and toxic s ide effects during the treatment of the two groups of patients.Conclusions:1.Yiguitongluo Pills combined with western medicine in the treatment of stage ? type 2 diabetic nephropathy(liver and kidney deficiency with blood stasis syndrome)can lower bloo d pressure,lower body weight,lower blood lipid levels,lower fastin g blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin levels,reduce urine protein leakage,and improve The patient's clinical symptoms have a good effect in controlling blood pressure,blood lipids,blood sugar levels,improving obesity,protecting kidney function,and relieving patients' clinical symptoms.The curative effect is better than the control group,which can effectively alleviate the patient's TCM syndromes and improve Western medicine cl inical indicators have a good comprehensive clinical effect,which helps to delay the further development of patients with diabetic nephropathy and the arrival of end-point events.2.Yiguitongluo Pill has no obvious side effects during application,is saf e and effective,and can be widely promoted and used clinically.
