The CHF is one of the main reasons of the diabetic death, currently, it is think to exist a kind of specificy, associate with diabetes mellitus Heart disease that take cardiac failure as the mainly express,but irrespective to coronary artery disease and membrane disease namely diabetic cardiomyopathy( DC). Its outbreak mechanism is still not clear .
