BackgroundIt was cardiac muscle blood supply reduce that result in cell death or function damage, thereby bring heart function damage and heart failure may occur as a worse result. It was stem cells that possessed self-replication and the force of multiwayDifferentiation. There have been many clinic prophase tests proclaimed that stem cell could reduce the area of myocardial infarction and ameliorate heart function up through restoration or regeneration of damaged cardiac muscle and rebirth of blood vessel. Lately, some studies planted certain stem cell into pathology area through transplantation to lead hyperplasia and differentiation for myocardial cell and( or) blood vessel endotheliocyte, thereby eked and got back the number of myocardial cell possess sound function of contraction which could reverse ventricle remoldelling, All of the the studies have made encouraging achievement.Although the transplantation of stem cell for treatment of ischemia heart disease have became hotspot, there was many problems of stem cell transplantation as following: the type, the method and the time of transplataton and so on. We try to solve these problems from the following aspects:(l) Could these stem cells be survive and differentiate into new cardiac muscles to ameliorate heart function in infarcted cardiac muscles? (2) Could these transplated stem cells take an active part after...
