Objective: To investigate the alteration of natural killer cells(NK cells) Level,IL-12,C-Reactiveprotein in immunologic interaction site of maternal and fetus (peripheral blood and cord blood). The objective is to assertain the relationship between NK cells,IL-12,CRP and HDCP.Methods: The NK(CD16+CD56+) cells in peripheral blood, cord blood were deter- mined respectively by cytometric analysis. To measure concentrations of IL-12 in peripheral blood and cord blood by means of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).CRP was determined by immune nephe1lometry.42 patients with Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy who had prenatal examinations and delivered in the Obstetrics of the SHANGDONG PROVINCE Hospital were selected as study group including 13 patients with light preeclampsia,22 patients with severe preeclampsia and 7 patients with eclampsia; At the same period, 20 normal late-pregnant women(NLP group) who matched for maternal age and gestational age with HDCP Group and 20 normal non-pregnant(NNP group) women who matched for age volunteered for the study were selected to serve as two control groups. Results: 1.In patients with HDCP,the percentage of NK cells in peripheral blood is higher than that in other groups;there were statistical differences(P<0.01).Women...
