Research On Changes Of PPAR-γ, The Microvascolar Of Colonic Tissue In Ulcerative Colitis And Posttreatment

[Objective] :To investigate the changes of peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor γ (PPAR- γ ),the microvascular thrombi of colonic tissue and the efficacy of therapy of low molecular weight heparin solicum(LMWHS) in ulcerative colitis and the possible molecular mechanisms,and to explore new path of therapy of ulcerative colitis(UC)[Methods]:seventy patients with UC were detected hemorrheology including the blood viscosity,blood plasma viscosity ,blood restore viscosity,hematocrit,RBC aggregate index,RBC rigidity index,ESR,ESR equation K,platelet aggregation and so on ,and compared with that in 40 healthy controls.Patients with UC were divided into two groups randomly.
